Royal Travels provides travel and transport services including:

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment.
- Without advance, no booking will be considered confirmed.
- Vehicle allocation is done based on availability and schedule.
Fare Calculation Policy
At Royal Travels, fare is calculated based on the total travel distance from the starting point to the destination, including both pickup and drop kilometers.
- Charges are applied for both sides (round trip kilometers).
- Only vehicle running kilometers are considered for base fare.
- Toll gate charges are extra and will be paid by the customer.
- Driver food and basic allowance must be provided by the customer during the trip.
We provide transparent pricing based on distance, vehicle type, and service requirements.
Service Type Clarification
Royal Travels is a tour and travel service provider, not a point-to-point public transport service. Therefore, return trip costs, permits, tax, and operational expenses are included in the fare structure.
Route & Destination Policy
4 to 12 Seater Vehicles
- Route or destination changes may be allowed after booking depending on feasibility.
- Fare will be recalculated based on updated distance.
- Out-of-state trips must be informed in advance.
13 to 41 Seater Vehicles
- Once advance is paid and booking is confirmed, route or destination changes are not allowed.
- These vehicles require route permits and pre-arrangements, so changes are restricted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once advance payment is made and booking is confirmed, cancellation is not eligible for refund.
- Vehicles are reserved exclusively for your trip date, and other bookings are rejected.
- Sudden cancellations cause operational loss, so advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
Service Rules
- Customers must provide correct travel details at the time of booking.
- Any change requests are subject to availability and vehicle type.
- Misuse of services or inappropriate behavior is not allowed.
Important Notes
- Fare is fixed based on distance, vehicle type, and service conditions.
- Bargaining beyond standard pricing may not always be possible due to operational costs.
- Royal Travels ensures safe, reliable, and professional travel service for all customers.
